Johnson Rehabilitation and Sports Performance is an independently owned facility specializing in orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and physical/sports performance with a commitment to providing exceptional care and service. Our therapist owned clinic offers highly specialized, one-on-one rehabilitation for complex injuries and challenges including post-operative care. We offer performance programs that are activity specific with an emphasis on injury prevention. Johnson Rehabilitation and Sports Performance is committed to physical restoration and improvement of physical health through compassionate and informed therapists. Since opening in 2013, Johnson Rehabilitation and Sports Performance has been dedicated to the preservation of functional mobility and performance by providing comprehensive and individualized patient care and health education. Chris graduated from Oakland-Craig High School in 2001. He continued his education at Dana College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. In 2008, he graduated from Rockhurst University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Chris’s education took him to Guatemala and throughout the United States where he had experiences in sports performance, orthopedic rehabilitation, and physical therapy throughout the lifespan. His first job was at a private, outpatient clinic in Austin, Texas. During this time, Chris earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. He developed a love for rehabilitation of the athlete and sport specific training. He moved back to Nebraska to serve the community where he grew up, while providing individualized, quality care.

Ashley graduated from Oakland-Craig High School in 2004. She continued her education at Creighton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2009. In her graduate work, she traveled throughout the United States, Dominican Republic and China where she found a deep passion for occupational therapy in the pediatric population. That passion continued at her first job at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. She moved back to Nebraska to return to her rural roots. She looks forward to serving the community and surrounding area that she loves.
